Being a member of Tracy’s Spiral Temple community has been such a valuable experience. Each week I look forward to the teachings, which always provide something useful. There is a library of previous teachings which are handy to dip into as and when they are needed too. My favourite part of the group, along with the lovely people on there, is the monthly Transference Healings. I can honestly say I always feel so much better afterwards and every single healing has been so relevant and accurate for how I was feeling at the time
